Certificates

Receive error when sending NIC.
Page display error when accessing the URL in the body of a NIC email.
Cert Holders ‐ Cannot search for holders with & in the name. It returns no results.
Unable to renew certificates ‐ time out expired.
Unable to create new certificate via servicing.
Error trying to add a Line of Business to a certificate.
General ledger policy not pulling when trying to issue a Certificate of Liability (ACORD 25).
Certificate error when adding Commercial Property policy with more than one location (ACORD 24).
Spelling error on Certificate ‐ screen error only.
Adding D&O to certificate (ACORD 25) an error shows after coverage is selected ‐ Similar error when LOB is removed.
Change view certificate icon to looking glass and remove the word filter from show hide filters.
Certificates ‐ Error when adding a LOB to a certificate ‐ Could not find file.
Error being received creating a certificate.
Error trying to save changes on a certificate.
Able to add holder and issue certificates on an inactive or cancelled master.
Processing certificates for renewal omits holders beyond 100 (also doesn't display more than 100 holders for NIC users).
Aborting a certificate refreshes to the client card file rather than the certificate summary screen.
Error on certificate screen.
Change name of zip label to zip/postal.
Location Lookup in Certificates and Evidences of Property ACORD is not available.
Using the Lookup / Prefill options on a certificate does not update information.

Claims

User without Abort Claim rights gets logged out from Nexsure when they try to abort a claim.

CRM

User with two branch templates received error when accessing related account from the other branch.
When selecting add new related account, related account drop-down should be in alpha order.
Servicing pages sort orders for Policy Status, Sort Fields 1 and 2 need to be in alpha order.
Viewing of policy forms detail is no longer recording in the T‐Log.
Named insured prefill errors; entity type is too long on card file.
Client ‐ Incorrect page flow when click on Save at NAICS/SIC Information screen.
Company name doesn't pull in to billing section of truckers auto ID cards.
Copy function for scheduled sections does not increment order numbers.
Using context tool to remarket policy and sending that policy to marketing history causes an error on the marketing history screen.
Security templates over 30 characters fails - limiting field to 30 characters.
Error received when ACORD XML is clicked.
Access log returns no data when to and from dates are the same.
Different tabs when adding new marketing.
Keep mode when marketing existing.
Search on premises info field returns error.
User log in time shown at the bottom of Nexsure screen is not the same as local time.
Remarketing application pulls original date to application ‐ should show current date.

CRM Filters

Sort on Location Summary screen not working.
Home > endorsements page save filter setting doesn't hold submitted status in results.
User wants to know what order locations are entered in to Nexsure.
Actions ‐- A zero in the # of days field on HOME > ACTIONS screen not working properly.

Delivery

Carrier contacts don't display in address book if they don't have a title.
Emails to clients are displayed under the incorrect client delivery screen.
Email resend caused some of message info to disappear.
NIC login for SOI not working due to restricted policies. Need to suppress restricted policies on the SOI so unauthorized users can't see them. This will result in the NIC users also not being able to see them but otherwise, non‐authorized users could just send themselves a NIC.

Downloads

F3414 - Direct Bill Import Enhancement - Clicking import twice will import file twice.
Microsoft Excel® downloads - Package policy is not processing exceptions together.
Downloads - Exceptions - Cancellation processing before endorsements.
Data Fix - Comm Downloads received but not completed prior to release of 1.94.5 need to be cleaned.
Commission download invoices created from policy info records associated to policies with mode of Renew.
Downloads - Need to add XLSX as an extension for the Microsoft Excel sheet import.
Interface – Bleeding over of items selected (but not saved) in one batch to other batches.

Entities

Contacts ‐ Editing contact phone number of a client brings up personal phone numbers instead of location phone numbers.
Contact Title defaulting to Producer when creating a new client and selecting an existing contact.
Client location Business phone is not sticking and reverts.
Cannot add client with ! in name.
Client phone types added to new location are not correct = type #1 duplicates on to type # 3.
Search pop-up on Additional Interest does not give any search.
ACORD 126 ‐ Lookup populates address but does not overwrite Additional Interest.

Forms

Certificate ACORD 27 (Evidence of Property) error when adding a line of business to ACORD 27.

Reports

Production Credit Detail report - Duplicates are appearing in the Unallocated section.
Production Credit Detail report - Agency fee invoices are Unallocated Production in error.
Unable to run Production Credit Detail by department or unit.
Production Credit Detail report is failing.
Production Credit
Print Batch Security.
1099 Disbursement.
Printing remittance for employee disbursement produces blank remittance report.
Bank Recon Summary report is out of balance.

Nexsure 1.95 Known Issues

Accounting

Commission Downloads - Create / Post Recon is not posting the reconciliations. Use the Create Recon link instead of Create / Post. Post the reconciliation from inside the reconciliation as opposed to creating it and posting it all in one step.
Auto Apply and Edit Internal Note upon reversing a binder bill invoice option have been disabled.
Editing the “Edit Invoice Header” for installments and list bill invoices returns error while posting. There are two workaround options for this issue:
Select the Invoice Posting link from the Quick Navigation pane prior to selecting Post Now to post the invoice. This will bypass the validation error and allow the installment invoice to post.
Posting the invoice through the master invoice for both Installments as well as List Bills can be used.
Unable to access accounting transactions at Bank Account and GL drill down, error returned.

Reports

Aged Accounts Receivable Detail & Accounts Receivable Export Reports
Although future invoices that have no payments applied to them show today in production, they are being removed from the updated version of the report.
The new Future aging column is only to show monies that are applied to invoices that have book dates that are beyond the ending date of the report (payments affect AR today).
Aged Account Receivable Report does not return when run for entire org.
